Studies show that persons with disabilities have higher retentions rates and less tardiness, making them very desirable employees. We have placed people in jobs where they have stayed over 25 years at the same company and retiring with full benefits.

Services include:
Vocational Assessment determines the individual's job interest and aptitude.
Job Readiness Training prepares the consumer for the job seeking process. This training teaches skills for punctuality, proper dress, business etiquette, the application and interviewing skills.
Pre-Employment Preparation teaches how to complete the job application, identifying the necessary ID employment documents how to apply for a job, arrange transportation, and interviewing skills.
Job Development involves the consumer and the job counselor making contact with potential employers.
Job Placement is the beginning of the employee/employer relationship. The Job Coach is available to make introductions, provide consultations and ensure a satisfactory placement.
